Can you believe it! The BlipToys website is finally up! They finally have a presence on the internet for you to browse products and contact them for support.
The site looks pretty good and you get to see other products they offer including the Trigger Fire launcher I haven’t seen in stores yet. They also have other toy lines like Card-works and Pin Print and Hairballs under the Wild Time brand.
I contacted them this morning through email and asked about Zoom-O replacement discs for my very important readers.
I had a very nice email chat with Alison Whitaker of Blip Toys, Inc.
Unfortunately replacement discs are not for sale at this time, but she was willing to send me a few by mail. How cool is that?
“But what about my friends, they need them too?” I asked. “Their kids have been crying for months” *
“Please direct others to our website and they may contact us via the service@bliptoys.com email address if they need replacement discs.” she said.
Not bad I thought.
You can also callĀ 1-800-974-7856.
So off you go moms and dads. Go get your Zoom-O discs for your kids. (ZoomO refills)
I would guess they wouldn’t send you a whole bunch of them, however, so if you are interested in more than a few to last you through enough dog chewing, roof topping, and bush hiding for the next year you’ll probably have to wait to see what develops down the road.
Maybe they’ll offer them for sale eventually. Who knows?
But whatever happens I’ll try to keep you posted with the latest.
I hope this helps you all out for a bit and keeps your kids happy. Let me know how it goes and leave a comment when you get your parts.
Remember you can subscribe to the comments by ticking the check box below the comment box. Then any comments will be emailed to you directly.
*Disclaimer: I didn’t actually say what I have in quotes up there, but I did ask what other people should do and that is her quote and she does welcome your emails.

I have already received replacement discs from Zoom-O.
Their customer service department contacted me about a month ago, after I left an email for them. They asked which toys I needed the discs for, and they were VERY generous in what they sent. I received two each of each size for the large stationary launder and two packs of discs for the hand-helds. They were prompt and courteous and did not even charge me postage.
I don’t have enough positive things to say about their customer support. It took a while to get the communication flowing, but they certainly followed through and took good care of my family!

I e-mailed Alison Whitaker today requesting information about the zoom-o replacement discs. The previous response from Barbara encouraged me to follow through as well. I’ll let you know what happens.

Just look up above at this article and you’ll see that Blip wants you to just write an email to service@bliptoys.com and tell them what replacement discs you would like. They ship it to you right away. You can also call the main office 1-800-974-7856 but email is their preferred method. Write back here and let us know if it worked out. What other toys does your son like to play with? Is there any modification you would like to see to the max launcher or any other toy you have? We would love to hear your requests or ideas.

I purchased two zoom-o disc launchers at target for my nephew who has autism for Christmas. Let me start by telling you he absolutely loves them. This seems to be very “calming” for him. However, we are completely out of disks. I am looking to get lots more replacement disks. Can you please tell me where to find them. I also noticed the zoom o ball launcher. I think that would be a hit too. I did not see it at Target. Can you tell me where I can get one.

My cats love this toy! I have three of the Zoom-O hand held launchers. 48 discs. my problem is that two of the launchers have stopped spinning fast enough to launch the discs. (yes, I have changed the batteries) so I am emailing Blip Toys to see if they can help me with the problem. First one was purchased in early November, next two in late December to replace the first one and so we could volley the discs back and forth between the cats for more activity.

I was reading Ken Freeman’s comment and laughing so hard. My cats LOVE this toy. I bought two 10 disc Zoom-O’s from Target today so I could have at least 20 discs because I just knew they would be easy to lose. After playing with my cats for an hour with this toy, I ordered one for my daughter’s cat, and purchased 25 replacement discs for her as well. This is absolutely the best cat toy I have ever purchased and cannot wait for my daughter to get her Zoom-O!
